Important: changes in the email sending protocol

Hello,

Due to problems with the Php-mail function of our server, several people who tried to register yesterday could not access the forum because the activation email was not sent to them.

Therefore, I have decided to bypass the local mail function and use my SMTP mail server. So far, in order to allow me the time to resolve the problem, I had granted registration without activation. Now on, people need to activate their accounts before they can use them, just as usual.

This may pop you errors messages if you enable email notification without providing a valid email address. If the email address you provide is valid and you still get error messages or other problems, please notify me at julien@mymathforum.com or on this board.
